Registration Fees

The participation fee includes*:

  • Admission to scientific sessions.

  • Access to the exhibition area.

  • Congress materials.

  • Elite networking opportunity.

  • Refreshment breaks.

  • Lunch.

  • Welcome Cocktail (11.09.2024)

  • Electronic Certificate of attendance with CME credits for MD.

  • Electronic Certificate of attendance without CME credits for non MD.

Attention:

  • Access for all the participants is permitted only based on the Participant Badge which can be picked up from the Registration Desk.

  • In case a participant doesn’t present the participant badge, the organizers have the right to restrict his/her access to the event

  • Badges shall bear a UNIQUE QR code, in order to benefit from the maximum number of EMC credits, please scan the badge daily, each time you enter/exit the hall where the scientific work takes place.

Cancellations and refunds:

  • Requests for cancellation of meeting and guest registrations and all ticketed events must be received in writing at the RSN Congress Secretariat no later than the 1st of August 2024, in order to receive a full refund less a 50€ (150 RON) processing fee.

  • Requests for cancellation received between the 1st of August 2024 and the 15th of August 2024 – 50% will be refunded.

  • No refunds will be made on or after the 16th of August 2024.

  • Cancellation requests may be emailed to: rsn@rsncongress.ro with subject: CANCELLATION REGISTRATION AT THE RSN CONGRESS 2024
